Interior Redesign
Exterior Redesign Exterior Redesign is similar to interior in that we begin with a site evaluation and analyze the purpose of the area verses it's desired purpose. We speak about plant selection for the site as well as placement of items such as furniture, plantings, and ornaments. We will then clear the space which may include replanting and/or replacing and placing of items in such a way that best utilizes the space at hand. This type of design is meant to enhance an existing garden site. If you are in need of more extensive care and planning we are here to help recommend all the appropriate professionals and can act as site supervisor.

As Accredited Staging Professionals©, we will come to your home and provide you with a thorough exterior and interior house evaluation. We will then provide you with a detailed report covering all the necessary changes that will bring you top dollar in the shortest amount of time.If time is of the essence, you can confidentially return the report back to us and we will make sure that everything is done for you. All you have to do is pack (but we can arrange for that too!). Staged to Stay I can’t tell you how many clients have come up to us and said, “Now my house looks great! I don’t want to move!” Imagine how much effort we expend making sure that our house looks good for others. What if we invested that energy into ourselves? What if we decided we would go to all that trouble, just for ourselves? What if we decided we were worth it? This program is similar to our Staging program in that we will start with a whole house evaluation. We will then make a report or you can take notes as we go. You can then give the list back to us and we can make your home shine, or you can just use it as a home improvement list. Who knows, you just may fall in love with your home all over again! Decorating Services As we all know sometimes one thing can lead to another and redesign might not be enough or you may choose to enhance the redesign with some additional or updated items. Mandeville Canyon Designs also offers a full line of decorating services including faux painting, wallpaper, flooring, furniture and accessories. We can help you design the space of your dreams and also offer you eco-balanced design options you might not of thought you had. We have access to low VOC paints, non-formaldehyde furniture, natural fiber carpeting as well as environmentally friendly flooring such as bamboo, cork, and linoleum. We can also offer alternative materials for those with allergies. We can redecorate a room or an entire home to create a warm inviting space that reflects the people within (and sometimes their pets!).
